Vivica A Fox loves hair,
Hair that's not even her own. Somehow, someway she figures out how to affix hair, that is not her own, to her head.
To my amusement.
She has inspired me to state such things as
"How do you get a fingerwave weave, how is that possible?"
I guess many things are possible on Crenshaw Boulevard.
But does Vivica stick to a fingerwave weave, nope, she donned a new hairdo every episode that she appeared on Dancing With The Stars.
Her hair was the main event for me this season. After her (and her Korean hair) was gone, I stopped tuning in.
Better yet was her turn as a co-host/presenter at the last Essence(?) Image Awards(?). I can't remember which show it was, because I was in awe that her wardrobe changes included new wigs.
One segment a bun on the top of her head
One segement a feathered do
then a Diahann Carroll wig collection Bouffaint next
I admire Vivica, she's bringing back a great tradition.
The wardrobe changes including the wigs.
If you've ever seen a old clip of The Supremes, or Martha & The Vandellas, you realize that a new wig completes the new ensemble you wear in your venue. It's kinda a personal fun game for me to go through youtube and play "which wig was uglier"
But someone should tell Vivica, that she can afford better hair that provided by the Crenshaw swap meet.
Yes, Macy Gray wore fingerwaves in Idlewild, but.....
1) She was playing a role in the 1930's
2) She was paid to do it
I didn't hear her mention, "and thank you to Nancy Kwong for providing me with this free fingerwaveable weave hair" that first episode of Dancing with the Stars.
Black wome love their hair....but
She has money for better hair
like the good Korean kind, that's been conditioned
maybe she should go hair shopping with Diana Ross
they both need moral support.
